[1] Involve your children in keeping not just their rooms, but the whole house tidy and clean.
[2] Keep fresh fruit and vegetables washed, cut, chilled, and readily available for post-exercise snacking.

[4] Use holidays for family days. Try to make them special by renting a movie or visiting a museum.
[5] Share the family album with the children. Tell stories about when they were babies. They love to hear about those special moments.
[6] Have red washcloths around for cuts and scrapes, so that the child can't see the blood. Works great
[7] Put goggles on your child in the bath. It is fun, and you can successfully wash the child's hair without getting shampoo in his eyes.
